With Eric's ICC certifications in building inspection and plan review and Gemma's degree in buisness, we work together to make sure the homes we renovate are safe, secure, and ready for a new family to move in.

Working with our children, we aim to teach them the value of hard work, the importance of community, and the joy of seeing a project through to completion.
